"I booked a 10-day stay over Carnival (MasDomnik) at Pinnards Mountain Resort, and it was such a refreshing scenic escape. The mountain views and peaceful atmosphere truly gave that relaxing “getaway” vibe while still being close enough to enjoy the festivities. "Resort was beautiful! Rooms were clean staff was friendly and helpful . Restaurant upstairs by the pool was delicious! The ONLY problem was the road to get up to the resort itself . A taxis worst nightmare . I got charged extra for every taxi I took JUST because of the road . They all informed me that all taxis forbid the road that’s how bad it is . Just a heads up if I would’ve known I wouldn’t have booked because it was stressful . Other than that great stay !"

The location is within walking distance from many great sites, including Trafalgar falls. I'd recommend staying for more than 1 night to really enjoy the area. The spa and natural pools in the river where perfectly refreshing. There is no bug net, but the fan did the trick and there weren't many biting bugs around anyway. I'd highly recommend the dinner! The portions are generous!"
