Location is also very attractive, as it sits in a bustling neighborhood between the main train station and the old city center; still with the convenience of being direct in the city center without the pure tourist feel of a few blocks further east. When I complained the next morning compensation was offered by means of a free breakfast.
Went to get my consolation prize breakfast but there was nothing laid out so I had a miserable double espresso and left in disgust.
Hotels.com gave me a $25 hush voucher.
The only positive thing about this was the checkin help on the phone number provided, the girl was very helpful.
