It was not the best when we arrived the staff was not very friendly and I felt like I was bothering them. I said hello to a lot of staff who completely ignored me it was uncomfortable and our room had toenail clippings it was a less then desirable experience, before you book here look somewhere ...

Hilo空港から近く海沿いでダウンタウンにも車で5分程度と便利な場所です。古いホテルなので部屋はそれなりです。部屋のエアコンは無いですが扇風機があります。冷蔵庫や電子レンジやコヒーメーカーがあります。施設内にエレベーターは無いので荷物が重いと大変です。海沿いなので部屋によりますが波の音が大きく聞こえます。スタッフの方は皆さん親切で対応は良いです。
