"I travel so much that I stopped writing reviews except for the really bad ones or really good ones. This is a really, really good one…in fact excellent! Very impressive for comfort and design. Everything was so easy that i felt like the space was designed for me. For example: -Shower foot rest -Real glass shower doors that work -Grab bars as needed -Extended night stand to rest my phone and notepad on without it falling off when I reach for the light -Chase lounge with slide-under table facing tv so I can eat and watch TV without trying to sit on the bed -Slide out shelf for hair dryer -No huge mirrors every place you turn -limited but commendable hot breakfast Staff seemed to bend over backwards for me. I’ll pick this brand of hotel from now on whenever I can."

"As soon as I opened the door to the room I was given I was smacked in the face with the smell of mold. There was no microwave in the room as described in the amenities. This is the 3rd time that I have stayed at this hotel and it will be my last. With each stay things have gotten worse. This time the staff at the front desk was very rude."
