"I was charged for a night I didn't stay, but the staff did remove the charge. In the case of an emergency I didn't like that the stairs were on the outside of the building."

"It would be wonderful if a coffee bar was set up in the lobby, even just for a few hours each morning. We find it such an inconvenience to have to leave the property for a decent, not perked in our room, coffee. Otherwise we love this hotel for it’s location, beautiful grounds, great staff and cleanliness."

Don't waist your time looking for another place to stay in that area. I highly recommend the Birchwood Inn and would stay there again in a heart beat.
