"Was appreciative of the indoor parking and helpfulness of the staff"

"The room was as specified. The kids room came with a monitor for games, however we got the equipment from reception, but no instructions on how to work it. Kids were a bit disappointed. The pool was great. The kids loved the slide. The pool was a nice temperature the 1st day, the next morning it was very cold. Breakfast is very simple, but it works. Staff were all in training so check-in a bit slow and some of the staff were hard to understand in both French and English. "

"Breakfast was terrible. Eco logs in the fireplace really aren't good. Stairs in the hallway to your room makes it difficult to take luggage. "
