"My wife and I recently spent 2 nights at the Casa Dina in one of their beautiful fully equipped studios. Due to last minute travel changes (we were touring Provence by car) we arrived early. We were met by our host Eric who was very welcoming and explained this wasn’t an issue for him due to the previous guests leaving early that morning. "The hotel staff were nice but very inexperienced. They have NOT been given good systems and instructions to work with. They lost our dinner reservation at the on site restaurant after confirming it the SAME day. The waiter at the restaurant was very rude and dismissive. VERY LAME considering its really not such a high end place. They should not pretend like they are a fancy restaurant in Paris (actually I've never had a problem like this in Paris).
