This was embarrassing. Hotel staff was overwhelmed with just two customers in line which rushed them through an apology and getting another room. The service desk person did go to the room to ensure the same thing didn't happen but too little too late for the gentleman we barged in on. Definitely turned us off from staying there again."

"Wound not recommended the restaurant within the hotel. We went there for breakfast. Portions are small for price. No jelly with toast and one waitress serving the whole restaurant. This is the only downfall of our experience. Room was adequate. Everything seemed to clean. Staff was helpful."
