"The property was newer. The staff is fine. The amenities were OK… But the place was so effing noisy… I don’t know if it was because my room was next to a fire exit, but I heard Door’s banging all night. I heard CELL PHONE‘s above me and tothe side of me I’m just not sure about the construction of the place. Doubt if I would stay there again."

"Upon arrival, the person checking in before me was greeted with a bottle of water. As I checked in, I wasn't offered one so I asked and the response was - that's for our members... Ideally the gesture could have been, here's a 50 cent bottle of water and instructions on how to join the member program - nothing. I opted for the breakfast and was disappointed that it was the same items everyday- no change for the 5 days. Food was luke warm at best. The bottle of ketchup was a refillable and gross. Even the syrup bottle didnt look like it had been cleaned out in a long time. On my first night, i ate in their restaurant. Got a burger and fries. Burger was ok, big but the fries were very potatoeee, meaning barely cooked through and not very hot. Hotel is outdated and the carpets need a good cleaning or replacement. With all of this said, you get what you pay for."
