"Check in was delayed because our room was not ready for 20 minures after the check-in time. Others came after us and got in while other people were also told their room wasn't ready. I get assigning rooms ahead of time but if people are on time to check in they should get a room first as they come in and others can wait. If a room is assigned to someone and they don't show up to 5 pm a room would have been available to them. While waiting I tried to get a cup of coffee because the coffee containers were still out but they were empty. Once in the room, it was a very clean and nice room. All great except that there were no coffee cups for the coffee machine. Breakfast had limited food. Cold "hot items". No bacon or sausage and the biscuts and gravy were cold. Potatoes under cooked and hard. No coffee cups again for the coffee. Went to lobby and no coffee cups available beside the coffee containers either. Both front desk and food staff didn't seem like they wanted to be there. 3 gambling machines were out of order in the lounge. Business center computer was out of order. We were in town for a concert and returned to the hotel to get last spit. 3 others had no spots. Checked out and told I couldn't get a receipt because I booked with a third party - hotels.com. Same oerson checked us in and out and was not friendly and seemed disinterested in being there. We very rarely write bad reviews but the one shining point was the room was clean and comfortable. "

"The property is very run down at the heels. While I felt the room was clean enough the bathroom shower head was broken. We encountered an “incident” where a staff member attempted to gain access to our room while we were sleeping without a prior phone call or knocking. Instead they unlocked our door with a master key and attempted to use a tool to flip the safety latch. While most apologetic about their mistake, the whole incident was unsettling."

"The staff were great. We had a smooth checking. The Manager also helped us carry our luggage to the 2nd floor as the establishment did not have an elevator. The pool was closed for repairs. Breakfast was decent. Their wifi had some limit to users and I couldn’t get on it The biggest issue we had was the mattress. It was an old lumpy mattress and we had a very bad night. We stayed for only 1 night."

"The mattress was good. All linens were clean. But the maintenance of the building is very poor. There was some toilet paper in the corner of the tub area. There was drywall dust on the safety bar in the shower. There was a square of carpet at the door hardly big enough to stand on so nowhere to leave dirty footwear. The lighting was atrocious. No heat in the bathroom. The bathroom sink faucet handle was ready to fall off. Not worth $119 USD."
