"This property was pretty clean and in a convenient location. Staff were nice. We were extremely disappointed that breakfast was not included which was my fault for assuming ‘breakfast available’ was the same thing as ‘breakfast included’. Breakfast included is one of the main things we look for in our stays since we have children, but it was my bad for misunderstanding. Also The hand rail in the hot tub is busted. My husband almost had an accident getting into it. Over all nice, clean stay"

"We were not impressed at all. For $140/night we expected to at least have a cleanliness, a working tv, and internet… nope. The pool was closed. Didn’t know that until we arrived. With 3 kids, we wouldn’t have booked had we known. The tv didn’t work - just said “no signal” because the Dish box was broken (we tried everything to fix it). The internet was so horribly slow it couldn’t even load my ebook. Check in was chaos. The card reader was down. They didn’t even check my ID which I found...

"Our shower drain caulking was black which means mold is forming. My wife is very allergic and had a reaction. When we checked out no one was at the desk to tell."

"Shocked that the reviews were decent for this place. It was a little awkward, the elevator is enclosed with a door and operates very clunky, they don’t display the inspection inside probably for those reasons. The hotel room itself included small pillows that had no substance to them. One of the pillows had what looked like blood on it. The halls had a weird smell on the 3rd floor. The pool deck was disgusting and dirty. The pool had debris and what looked like feces in it. There was not...
