Super kind owners! They were very accommodating with the requests that we had and I am very grateful to them for their help. The room itself had the best working AC in all of our trip around Guadeloupe and the swimming pool was really nice. 100% recommend, even if you don't have a car as there is a bus stop nearby and it's a roughly 15 minutes walk to one of the nicest beaches on the island. Merci beaucoup!!

The hotel itself was very clean with good facilities but our room would have benefitted from a bit of modernisation and tlc. Our room had a lovely view overlooking the garden. The food served was fresh and varied. Overall a good base to explore Guadeloupe

I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. There are of course things that can be improved, but overall, if you want to go on holidays in Guadeloupe, this is a great place to go. Take my rating of 5 stars as a relative rating compared to other hotels on the island, not to an absolute rating against all hotels all over the world (for that it would probably be more of a 4 stars). It's a great place to stay for a couple of nights, the rooms are small and look a bit warn but functional and clean. Big comfy bed and bathroom with a massage shower, only slight minus for me was that there's no private balcony. Lots of other places to sit down and read a book outside, though. Hôtel by the beach. Lovely happy staff. Great breakfast. Lovely bar by the beach with food restaurant and lovely cocktails. Lots of amenities around. Makes for a great relaxing holiday.

We really enjoyed breakfast. Walking distance to take the boat to l'îlet du Gosier, supermarkets. Beaut ifil sea view from our balcony.

I chose the hotel using reviews from other visitors. We were island hopping and wanted four nights in Guadeloupe. I was not dissapointed. The Mahogany Hotel is part of a much bigger complex of four hotels which are part of the Creole Beach Hotel complex in Gosier. It is situated on the Pointe de la Verdure in Gosier. The hotel is placed right on the beach with lovely views from all rooms. The bedroom was large clean and comfortable with an outside dining area on the balcony. There was also a fridge, microwave, everything if you wanted to self cater. The breakfast was plentiful with a good choice and a lovely view of the sandy beach. The 'Comfort Suite' was fantastic. A slightly odd layout with the bed in the kitchen but it was clean, the staff were friendly and we shared the swimming pool with just one neighbour. The 'residence' is made up of a lot of separate buildings, so it feels very much as though you have your own place. There's ample parking and the view was breathtaking.
