"Our room looked like it had been recently decorated and updated. It was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was huge. The dining room has also had an overhaul. Breakfast was excellent. We ate dinner there a couple of nights, too, and I would recommend the steak. We were skiing in the 3 Valleys, so we rented a ski locker at Chaudanne for convenience and took the bubble up each day. Really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come again."

The property is BEAUTIFUL and the owners provide FIRST CLASS HOSPITALITY. "A 3 star hotel masquerading as a 4* one because it has a ‘spa’. Very tired in places especially around the spa area and corridors was in terrible condition. Being shown to your room through the underground car park wasn’t the best start. Paper cups in the rooms really cheap. Though the room was clean, and of nice decor, modern and a good view the bathroom was tired. The breakfast had a good selection of food, but the hot food was not so hot and was catering to the masses. The website is...
