"Location is perfect to go around the city with a lot of restaurants and bars all around. The hotel is under reconstruction. The social areas are limited, not bar inside hotel, no complementary water in the rooms, no body cream, or any regular items for a hotel of this class. Staff very kind and ready to help. Room service take too long to provide anything requested (i.e. 90 minutes to get a iron press). "

"Very pleasant and helpful staff! Room was clean, with a beautiful terrace balcony to sit out on. Breakfast was good and convenient for the day we were taking a train to visit Versailles. Great location near the Seine River, major sights (Notre Dame and St. Chappell) and near shopping and lots of restaurants! We visited a nice farmers market on Saturday, a few blocks away from the hotel."

We stayed in the Family Room, which is essentially two rooms connected by a hallway—perfect for our family’s needs. Any minor issues we encountered were resolved promptly. We would absolutely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Paris."
