"Fabulous accommodation; very close to Lacanau Lake with plenty of water sports activities available. Only short drive from Lacanau Océan Resort. We loved our stay here. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was lovely for cooling off and the bakery pre-order service was a nice touch. "Nous avons malheureusement dû quitter l’hôtel très tôt le matin en raison de l’évacuation ordonnée par les autorités à cause des incendies de forêt. Cette situation était évidemment totalement indépendante de la volonté de l’hôtel. Le personnel est resté calme, professionnel et serviable dans des circonstances exceptionnelles. Nous sommes surtout reconnaissants d’avoir pu quitter les lieux en toute sécurité. Nous souhaitons à toute l’équipe beaucoup de courage et espérons que l’activité de l’hôtel pourra reprendre normalement très bientôt. Merci et bon courage à toute l’équipe du Novotel Bordeaux Mérignac. P.S. Nous reviendrons… et cette fois, nous profiterons aussi du petit-déjeuner ! 😊"
