Perfect rest on the coast

We loved our stay. It’s an idyllic location, set amongst nature. It’s a clean family run hotel, ideal for couples or people who enjoy the peace and quiet. Short walk to the beach, and access to nature walks. We enjoyed the mornings eating breakfast by the pool and the service of the family. Authentic stay. Hopefully we will be back.

Wow where to begin! From the minute we arrived at Hotel Escapade, (early might I add), we were treated like family. The property is beautiful, charming, and every detail was cared for. The rooms are spacious and picturesque. Corinne and her hardworking team were spectacular hosts, present and attentive, always making sure we were happy. The poolside breakfast is spectacular! It is only a short walk to a picturesque beach with several restaurants, making your stay feel truly special and relaxing. My fiancé and I came on the recommendation of friends, and we will be returning. 11/10 highly recommend!

From the minute we arrived the owner was exceptional. The hotel is beautiful and full of character and charm. The local restaurants were closed and the owner rang a restaurant in the next bay to make us a reservation. Breakfast was provided on the terrace and we got to meet the ladys son. All the food was homemade including the yogurt amd jams. Would recommended this place in a heart beat.

This hotel and grounds were absolutely beautiful. It was nicer than even anticipated and perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers. We had a family suite.The area seems very safe. The nearby beach had beautifully clear water and was wonderful for swimming and even snorkelling to see a few schools of fish. The breakfast was superb. The hospitality of the hostess and her family were excellent. We had a comfortable king size bed and a separate bedroom for the kids, each with their own twin bed and a separate toilet and sink for the kids. I highly recommend this property for your family vacation.

After running crazy all over Paris and other parts of France first, we couldn’t have picked a better place for “down time!” This family owned business, which is truly a “hidden gem” was well worth every second we were there. Each room is unique and warm and the landscaping was spectacular including the pool area which we enjoyed for the afternoon. Corinne, the owner and her son, Valentine were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home immediately. Breakfast was included with everything homemade and was absolutely delicious. We wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you again for such an amazing experience. 😊

When we arrived, it was difficult to find where to check in. A large sign indicated “Reception” but when we got there the gates were locked and a message said to go to a restaurant 150 metres away to check-in. We got there and it was closed… We wandered around aimlessly until we saw a young man emerging from a building and we asked him. Fortunately for us he was involved with the hotel and was able to show us to our room which was very nice. The room was in an annexe across the road from the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic. The pool was fantastic and the staff were great. The hotel is a short 3 min walk from a small pebble beach. There are two restaurants nearby within a 3-5 min walk but you need to book in advance. You need a car to go to the nearest shop and bakery. It was very nice but there is not much to do in the town itself.
