Des l’arrivée d’autres clients avait pris ma chambre, je me retrouve donc à changer. La porte d’entrée de la chambre a du mal à fermé, énormément de toiles d’araignées, pas de lumière dans la « salle de bain » plus de savon au lavabo. Wc très petit, difficile de s’asseoir car on est complément collé à la porte. De la terre sur le sol, 5cm de poussière sous le lit et j’en passe. Je ne recommande pas

Accueil chaleureux....propriétaires attentifs...Service parfait....Planches de fromages excellentes, petit déjeuner traditionnel très copieux. Une excellente adresse, en plein centre historique. .

Comment vous décrire les lieux......nous étions deux couples, donc deux chambres à comparer ! Dans l'une pas de papier toilettes, pas de savon dans la salle de bain, des draps tachés, et une sensation d'humidité ambiante, dans l'autre, 4 belles toiles d'araignée, une literie abominable. Le seul point fort, être en plein centre historique.

Difficile de trouver une place de parking auto en plein centre ville. Chambre sans télévision. Pas propre. Evier bouché. Tirette du WC cassée. 2 grosses taches sur le sol WC. Urine ? Literie très passable et matelas super mou. On se retrouve très vite au milieu du lit. Petit déjeuner non copieux. Manque de pain.

Nous avons été surpris de constater qu'il ne s'agissait pas d'un hôtel, puis au lieu d'avoir un studio comme annoncé nous avons eu deux chambres séparées alors que nous étions en famille. La personne n'était pas présente pour notre départ ni le matin pour le petit déjeuner. Aucun téléviseur, pas d'équipement (produits de salle de bain, sèche cheveux, etc...) La propreté de la salle de bain était à déplorer, joints noircis, faible éclairage. Bref un séjour décevant dans l'ensemble pour le prix.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und die Unterkunft war ziehmlich schön und das Preisleistungsverhältniss ist nicht zu übertreffen. Das kleine Hotel befindet sich im Zentrum Le Puys und alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die telefonische Ereichbarkeit war etwas schwieriger, aber nach einigen Versuchen hat das auch geklappt, sodass wir auch problemslos später einchecken konnten. Klare Empfelung!

This hotel was close to all city attractions and on the Le-Puy Camino route. The staff were helpful on arrival however on leaving at 8.00am the next day they were nowhere to be seen and we had to leave without a breakfast.

La chambre était très propre, le lit très confortable. Une terrasse est accessible au rez-de-chassée pour prendre le petit déjeuner: très agréable! L’hôtel est situé juste à coté du marché dans le centre ville.

Jedna klidná noc s atmosférou středověku

Úžasná atmosféra samotného domů i okolí ... . Přijel jsem po 19h a vchod jsem chvíli hledal. Předání klíčů přes bezpečnostní schránku bylo dobrodružné ale nakonec se mi klíč podařilo že schránky získat. Pokoj odpovídá ceně. Postel velmi pohodlná, čisté povlečení a ručníky. Snídaně jednoduchá. Personál milý a ochotný.

Juste une nuit de passage, calme, pdj ok. Très bon emplacement, au centre, dans une ancienne demeure. Manque une patère dans la salle de bain, ce serait plus pratique.
