"EXTREMELY NOISY (BUILDING SITE, starting from 7:30!) Staff and hotel are good, but they are building a huge extension, so from 7:30 in the morning you are sleeping waking up at a building site with a huge noisy crane and noisy construction workers. It seems far from ready, so dont booking this year. Its a shame that this is not mentioned online. "Literie impeccable. Il manque une prise ds la salle de bain. Pas de wifi lors de mon séjour de 4 nuits. Je n'ai pas pu choisir mon pt déjeuner sauf le matin ou il y avait un groupe de 20 personnes environ où là le buffet était de mise...pas le même "traitement". On m'avait oublié également pour le dîner. Personnel aimable. "

"I have to make a compain to expedia,o arrival at 8 in the evening ,i found out at the reception that we were not booked through expedia even though we did so 2 days prior ,we were standind there with my disabled wife trying to find out why ,thank god there was a room available and we checked in ,what if not? After a long drive it was the last thing we wanted ,i expect expedia to give us an explanation, and what are they going to do about it ,awaiting a quick response "

"We were welcomed by Aurore who advised us where to park.Very helpful and friendly. Our room was a good size and looked like it had been recently refurbished as the bathroom was excellent.Great toiletries too. Very comfy bed.We could have used the pool and spa free of charge but didn't have time as it was just a overnight stop travelling through France."
