"I would not recommend this host or appartment to anybody! The adress stated on Hotels.com is not at all where the appartment is actually located. We booked it as it seemed close to the city centre and beaches but it turned out the actual place was more than 5 km away. On top of that the appartment was not cleaned when we got there. "Very nice hotel within walking distance from NCE Terminal 1. Tram stop (free) is also right there if you need to go to Terminal 2. "The staff were amazing. We got there much earlier than planned and because we had two kids and lots of luggage we asked if we could access the room early. Not only was that ok, they chased up the cleaning staff to get the room ready as early as possible. The room was large and clean. Decent quality free shower gel and shampoo. Air con and very good double glazing meaning it cooled down and we didnt hear the airport, roads or trains! And black pit curtains meant a good sleep. Close to the tram stop (Parc Pheonix). Would go there again!"
