We asked for a handicap accessible room and was given a great room 2 doors from the side exit where we were able to park and come and go easily. Staff was very friendly and we have no complaints. We stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Wytheville a week later and it was substantially cheaper, the grass area is much closer and the rooms are about the same condition. At RRI they charge 1/3 of the price for a king suite, the first pet is free and any pet after that is only a $15 charge per pet. "
