"The continental breakfast had fresh bakery items daily. No extras in kitchen, only salt and pepper. Fresh chocolate chip cookies every afternoon. Easy walk to beach, harbor, several restaurants and Sterns Wharf. Would definitely stay here again."

"Room was clean and modern with a well-stocked chiller and slightly less-stocked snack bar. Bed was extremely comfortable (firm King, as we like it) and electrical/charging amenities were more than adequate (wall, lamps and wireless). We only stayed 3 nights, however, like most post-COVID hotels, housekeeping needs to be requested as well as towel changes and bathroom supply refills. Staff is professional, friendly and always present and ready to assist. Hotel parking (valet) is convenient and secure 24-hrs - a great plus since its located in the center of downtown and within walking distance to everything. We also appreciated the hotel is very pet-friendly."

"It was nice to have breakfast included. Good variety of breakfast items, too. Also loved the wine and cheese in the afternoon. And loved the free use of bikes to work it all off. We had a king suite so it's always nice to have a full kitchen. I would highly recommend this hotel. Close to ocean and the town center. "

"The swimming pool and jacuzzi were extremely dirty. Complimentary breakfast was uninspiring. Waffles and bananas along with juice and coffee. Not pleasant if staying for 3 days as we did. Room cleaning every 3rd day was shocking and we were very disappointed 😔"

"The breakfast and location were the only good things about this property. The rooms are old and not well kept. The bathroom was old and carpets not clean. We even found dead bugs in the corners. Not impressed."

"We had a beautiful one night stay in a king bed room. The room smelled fresh and clean upon entering. Everything was neat and tidy and nicely decorated. The bathroom was clean and modern. Our window with pretty shutters looked out onto a quiet, tree lined street and we were within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants and wharf. We enjoyed the spa which was nice and hot and checked out a couple of free bikes to ride along the beach. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"The rooms are a little dated in terms of just the furniture? carpet and bed firmness. But it’s a walkable location to beach and State St. It has a beautiful pool and it was a comfortable overall experience. "
