"We recently stayed at the Towneplace Inn & Suites and booked two rooms. One room was perfect, while the other was an accessible room. The extra space in the accessible room was appreciated, but the shower chair in the shower was somewhat inconvenient as it had to be moved out of the way for regular use. Overall, the hotel itself was excellent. Everything felt new, clean, and well maintained. The amenities were great, we didn’t have a chance to use the pool and fitness centre. The only downside was that both areas were quite crowded with children during our stay, at all times of the day which made them a little less enjoyable for adults looking to relax or work out. That said, for a quick visit, this hotel was definitely worth it. The modern facilities, cleanliness, and overall quality of the property made for a very pleasant stay, and we would consider staying here again"

"We really didn’t have much time to use the facilities but we thoroughly enjoyed what we did use Its close proximity to the ferry terminal for our early morning trip to Pelee Island was so much more accessible from this property. The road closures made it difficult to get there in the first place but that’s not your fault and construction means progress and progress is good. So all in all! 5 star service"
