When I opened the door to the front office the smell of what I can only compare to an animal shelter hit hard. The girl at the front desk was very nice and got me taken care of right away. When I got to my room, I was shocked to discover that I could not lock the deadbolt from inside the room, only with a key from the outside. The doorknob was just a push button lock. I didn’t feel safe at all. "
