"Room was clean and bed comfy but whoever decided to paint the building black, hallway black even bathroom black should be transported to Van Diemans Land. Horrible graffiti like stencil messages spray painted in rooms and hall. Was like a ghetto or jail. Made me feel I'd be mugged. Young people from multiple rooms had a party on adjacent courtyard and no staff are on these premises so had to put up with their noise and language. 17 steps up to bedroom and bathroom. Why no toilet at living level? Artwork theme was akin to freedom fighters in Cuba. Horrible ambience. Never going back. And it is quite expensive."
"Unfortunately had a rough check in where one room could't be located due to the system changing the name on our booking. Otherwise the rooms were spacious and clean."
"Love the quiet. Room was clean and tidy. Just getting a little tired. The shower didn't drain well & the bathroom floor flooded slightly.
Nonetheless, it was excellent value for the money and I'd certainly stay again. The on-site amenities are great & convenient."

Room was well appointed with comfortable beds, a nice shower with great water pressure, and plenty of space to have a cuppa and stretch out.
Check in and out was a breeze and staff were open to personalising the experience.
