"This is the worst hotel experience I had ever had. The first room was filthy. The fridge had mold in it, the floor looked as though it hadn’t been washed in some time, to the point your feet stuck to it. The shower handle was not attached neither was the soap dispenser in the shower. Just so much to list. The second room was much better so we completed our stay there. The staff was really nice and accommodating. The gazebo someone had a party one night and the remnants of the party were left unattended for days. With empty beer cases and bottle tops left all over. It is extremely obvious that the staff nor the management really care about the property. My wife and I had reservations for December which we canceled. I can definitely say we won’t be back or wouldn’t recommend this hotel. "

"Everything was wonderful! From Eileen checking us in to checkout. The room was clean, we had a great breakfast in the morning and it was reasonably priced. Would stay again! "

"This is an older hotel, with its share of wear and tear. But it is spotlessly clean, the staff is great, the pool is sparkling, clean and well maintained at a great location with a restaurant on property. "

"The property was old looking, but the rooms have the little porch right off the room looking over the river was great. The water pressure in the shower was awesome. We thought the bed was so comfortable. It was a great night sleep. The staff was perfect! It was my 60th birthday and my daughter went there to see if she could put something in our room and she said they were great helping her. I arrived and the girl said Happy Birthday as soon as she saw my name. Then when I was checking out that girl said Happy Birthday also. We will be back and the new property looks awesome. We would love to have a room on the water again. Also the Tiki Bar gave me a free shot to celebrate my special day! Thanks for making me birthday so special!"

"There was blood and bed bugs in bed, had to take shower at 3:30am and leave. Did not get to rest before leaving. My fiancée got bug bite all on her back and arms. Have pictures of all."
