"upon first site it is much more run down and not as photo shown inside was clean and accurate except the SMELL was horrific like leaking sewage The manager has control of the ac and at times it was very in the apt .he told us to use the fans ... the contact person i was given was Marcus also the owner who lives attached to this apt and was very rudeon the phone and in person and seemed angry that the company was not handling all my concerrns and he voiced this to us everytime we had...

"Place is convenient to get to downtown Southern Pines as well as Pinehurst. Comfortly furnished with some nice touches such as the coffee and bar setup. would have preferred to having individual containers of the shampoo, soap etc. The full bath is shared between the two bedrooms. Nice to know before you go. Outdoor furniture needs a little love. I would stay there again. "
