"Stayed at this hotel for four nights and the staff were outstanding. Everyone—from reception to the restaurant and bar—offered excellent customer service. They were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel’s location was also perfect for getting around York."

"This hotel would be suitable for people who like large, impersonal hotels! The housekeeping could have been more prompt and the car park wasn't easy to negotiate. With hundreds of people at breakfast, we would have expected for a 4 star hotel, not to have to queue up to get your own water for teas ..."

Cedar Court Harrogate
"Very disappointed that Blue Badge holders were forbidden to use the disabled parking spaces , as they were reserved for able body conference attendees. Doesn't the government have legislation on this?? We have stayed in a number of hotels in Harrogate, and this is our favourite ( so far)."
