Very well presented rooms and shared spaces. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food and drink excellent. Hotel is well positioned for access to the city centre. Booking, invoicing and payment process all good. And decent value for money for a city hotel.

The hotel had everything you need for a stay in Leeds, carpark is close and has plenty of spaces. Breakfast was good and served until 12 noon at the weekends, staff were very helpful and friendly.

This is exactly what it needs to be if you are after a real no frills stay. Clean, functional, comfy bed and bedding. Twin room compact but sound. The carpark opposite was decent at around £11 for 24hrs. Overall good stay, don't know if it's worth over 100quid but it was a Saturday night
