"With respect to feeling welcomed, the Lodge is Best In Class. We had never been there, but the communication prior to our visit was top notch. When we checked in, Colleen (sp) took the time to "show us around", and the printouts we received covered every single question we might have asked. Finally, we might have to go back simply to get anothernbag of amazing Chocolate Chip cookies."

"The room was clean when we arrived. The king size bed was very hard and the four pillows on the bed were not very comfortable, I wish we would have brought our own. My husband enjoyed the breakfast so that was a plus. I would say the major negative for me was after checking in I received a text from the hotel stating they only service the room every three days so if we need anything I could contact them and they would take care of it which I was completely fine with.
