"The clerk couldn’t find my Hotels.com booking and made me pay separately for the room. The cheap heat pump sounded like a cement truck breaking down. We left at 5am after an awful night’s sleep. This place is a dump. "

"Manager was rude. He didn’t want to be bothered or could care less. Ended up not going or staying at the hotel because a family offered a room instead and we wasn’t refunded the money from the reservation. Email receipt said no charges would be made until arriving at property and reservation would be lost if not arriving upon a certain time. Not one time did it specify that charges would be made to my account even if we never occupied the room. Also did not specify that we would be charged anyway if it was canceled. "

"The tv had two separate remotes that were cumbersome to use and made watching it difficult. I had to get assistance three (3) times, yet the hotel did not offer any adjustments to our bill."

"Nice location with a beautiful bay view. Easy parking. Nice seafood restaurant right next door. Clean, comfortable room with nice bedding. Bathroom was small but was nicely furnished and had a nice walk-in shower. I would definitely stay at this property again if I'm in Ocean City or Somers Point."

"Pros: Clean room, Comfortable bed, Central to open amenities in town during off season. Great communication via email with hotel staff. Cons: Check in delayed due to fire alarm testing. Not ocean view"

"It smells like smoke supposed to be non smoking but there has been a lot of smoking in this room. And the hotel tried to mask the smoke smell with very strong air freshener which is making it so much worse. My eyes hurt from the smell and I have such a headache "
