"Enjoyed our 2 day stay. Happy to see that breakfast was included. There was a small variety of food you needed for breakfast to get you day going. Close to Public transit. Easy to get to Downtown Toronto within 40 minutes, worry free. Would stay there again for sure. Kitchenette was handy but not needed for this trip. Very clean and staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Thank you very much."

"Breakfast was superb, staff was friendly, helpful and always ready to assist, they even accommodated a gluten free diet for one of our family members. The 2 bedroom suite was an excellent choice for our large family."

"The front desk representative didn't pay much attention to me leaving as i asked for the shuttle and after like 10 mins i asked how long will it take for the shuttle to arrive she said i will call him now , in the night the hotel had a bad smell and the room too"

"There was a dead mouse just outside the front entrance. We were only given 2 towels which wasn't enough."

"The room was very clean, as well as the bathroom. The staff were very responsive to my questions and concerns and were always very patient. The signage for amenities, division of space, expected rules of behaviour, and WiFi were extremely clear and helpful. The proximity to the plaza with a T&T made it super easy to find cheap, delicious food, and access to Yonge Street meant easy transit time. The locks made me feel very secure. Would definitely recommend to any single traveller looking to...

"Room was clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable, staff were good and responsive. Breakfast was good but for such a hotel and price, more options were expected. Suite had stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. However there was no dishes, so those appliances were useless. Room corners were dusty."
