This hotel was excellent the staff were very welcoming, friendly and professional. Very spacious and clean hotel. The breakfast was very good and I highly recommend this hotel if you want a stay over in Leicester.

10/10. Excellent location just a shame parking wasn’t available on the day we stayed at the hotel.

ibis Leicester City
Room was dated, with leather peeling off the chair, no desk as advertised, no iron or ironing board available in rooms. There is an ironing room, the board leave marks all over your clothes. Had to fill in forms asking strange questions on check in.
