"Nice hotel"

"Smallish room but not bad for SF "

"Room was clean, we had a room in tower 3 and the walk to the room was long, when I stay at large hotels I usually request rooms near the elevator. We stayed on the 8 room so no view except for the nearby building and we has a small window view. The location of the hotel was perfect, its walking distance to the union square and Bart. We had a buffet breakfast at Poach, very limited selection but it was a good price. I would stay at this hotel again if we visit SF again."

"So the check-in staff were friendly and helpful offering detailed instruction and information, the entire place was immaculate. Our room was spotless and spacious. The breakfast buffet was pretty incredible with a large selection of fresh food. The covered parking was convenient, however be aware of a low height. Also the fee is for 24 hours allowing us to park past checkout and offers in and out privileges."

"Simply stunning hotel with a gorgeous, huge lobby / lounge and restaurant - great place to have a cup of coffee and get some work done, or have some cocktails. The architecture of the hotel is beautiful, and they have kept all of the original woodwork and unique elements that make it so charming. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"The hotel needs to be updated the photos make the hotel look way nicer than what it really is. Water took a while to get hot in the shower, the toliet is older and the overall cleanliness of the room wasn’t the best. "
