"Room was OK, was some dirt on bathroom walls, our room had warped wooden flooring, looks like there had been a flood previously, breakfast was awful, just managed a few mouh fulls of scrambled egg everything else was rubbish, even the fresh fruit was awful, the satsumas were rotten inside. Room OK for stop over before flight but I would skip the breakfast"

"Room had no heating, it was broken. Small oil filled radiator inadequate to heat the room. Asked for another duvet, never arrived. Slept in a jumper! Shocking, wouldn’t stay again! "

"Great airport hotel, clean comfortable and free shuttle bus. Good air con. Parking was £12.50 for 12 hours overnight. Gym was small but a good range of equipment with clean towels. Breakfast was standard English breakfast fare and a little disappointing if I was being a bit critical but otherwise fine. Would happily stay again!"

"Firstly overpriced. Basic rooms Amhet price is for 3/4 star. Room no water to drink and staff were so u helpful. Everything was rushed like we were Sadinesehich of curse we understand we would only be booking to catch flight early hrs but surely good customer care is needed. Holiday Hiltons the way to go"
