"First time at Kilford Arms and I will stay here again...the hotel is huge! Room was lovely and the staff were great. All the bars/restaurants were good...the hotel looks small from outside but it isn't. Good parking(I did not use) and to walk out your in the heart of Kilkenny...alot of pubs & things to do or see. Love Kilkenny and now I love Kilford Arms!"

" Room was perfect for my needs. The hotel grounds are just stunning Breakfast in a castle is pretty top tier! Good options for breakfast and everything was well cooked and delicious, had more a bed and breakfast feels rather than hotel with more intimate table service. I would have preferred better quality and more options with bread, rather than low quality white and brown sliced for toast that was served. I did feel this let down the breakfast. This is the only reason I dropped a star. "

"Room was clean but could use a little attention (cob webs, some mould in the shower but staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Parking is free for hotel guests. Directly across from hospital. "

"Parking across the street was 8 Euros with the voucher. Hotels is within a short walking distance to the main sights. Ground floor was a lot fancier than the floor with our room. "

"The only thing we can complain about is that we couldn’t stay forever with Cathy! The place is much better than expected (really, much better). Super well equipped, comfortable, clean, and with marvelous decoration. The area where the house is located is absolutely stunning. And of course, we must mention Cathy again, she is incredibly nice, kind, intelligent, talkative, and made our one-night stay feel like being with family.
