"Minimalistic and modern - staff was fabulous and everything was clean and well maintained - rooms small for American standards but well appointed and all necessary things were there ! Would stay again stayed 5 nights - also 3 min walk to metro well connected even on weekends"
"The room was clean but very small (which I knew when I booked it). The location near the water and train station were important to me. The price was reasonable given the high costs in Amsterdam. Check-in was slow and the reception area was not organized or staffed adequately. Check-out was easy since I did it online. I wanted to use the luggage lockers but received different information on cost and space from two different receptionists. Ended up not using them as a result."
