Lovely hotel. We loved being in the back with the second pool. We were there for Nyepi (silent day) and we really appreciated how the staff thought of everything from supplying charged lights and fan (electric is out on Nyepi) to bottled water and providing a special menu. I wasn’t crazy about the actual water at the beach outside the resort (kind of sharp with coral ) but it seems to be a Bali thing.

don't have the property book your ferries for you. Their ferry operator runs a shoddy operation. Book your own, call reception and have them pick you up from the beach. Great location. Pretty sure I got food poisoning from the Tuna Poke bowl.

The beach club offers excellent facilities, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and met expectations. The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating, which was a highlight of the stay. However, the hospitality staff were disappointing as they were unfriendly, cold, and lacked basic service standards. The restaurant menu is overpriced, and the food quality did not meet expectations. I would recommend skipping the high costs and subpar dining experience at the club. Instead, take a walk to explore much better and more affordable options nearby.

Best Shower, not the best value

Overall a nice place but overpriced on jist about everything. Room was nice, bed a big split between two twins. Food and drinks were significantly more expensive. Motorbike parking was disorganization overload. Staff very nice,. Location good, however cannot reach by vehicle making you walk down a fairly busy alley way. Not terrible, not great. Shower was definitely the best thing. Hot water and pressure!!!

Had a lovely stay at ohanas it had a fabulous vibe, lovely staff, great food and excellent service. I would like to make the point that I tried to change my dates, not refund, with about 2 months notice because I wanted to attend a really important event back home. I was told there is no option to change dates at all. This was really bad policy and very unfair as I was not asking for a refund just a date change by 1 day. Not happy and others I spoke to had the same issue. Beware of this.
