"This is our third time to stay at Oatlands Cottages and it won't be our last. The houses are so clean and comfortable with everything to make the stay enjoyable. There is also so much to see and do in the area. I especially love how quiet it is at night. I would have no hesitation in recommending these cottages. We will definitely return"

"Excellent accommodation. Wonderful place. The place was immaculate, so clean. The decor was excellent. I can that the host has put a lot thought into the decor of the home. Cannot fault it, comfy bed with high quality bedding. One of the best places I have stayed. It was so relaxing. I would recommend staying here if you want peace and quiet, clean accommodation and a great host. "

"The cottage is warm, comfortable and has a view of Killeavy castle. The hosts were kind and thoughtful. They had essentials waiting for us in the kitchen (tea,milk,bread,etc.) which were very much appreciated. Definitely need a car if you plan on staying here. Road noise may be an issue if you’re a light sleeper plus be very careful coming out of the driveway. The locals drive fast on this road."

"Very nice country House. Quiet location. Close to Tollymore Park. Big upstairs bedrooms with nice showers. Lot of space for big family. Only downside in cleaning - spiderwebs and spiders on ceilings. "

"Property was v nice and clean. A couple of things to note...Difficulty in getting keys to flat was v stressful and at one point i didnt think i was going to get the keys. This could have been better organised. The shower in the bathroom is far to hot and would be dangerous for children to use as this could cause scalding on a child. "A truly wonderful find! Quiet, convenient, clean well appointed cottage, with attentive, friendly hosts. Good parking, near enough (by car) to the Mourne Mountains, Murlough, Tyrella and Ballykinler beaches and Newcastle. About a 45 min drive from Belfast. A great haven for peaceful outdoor pursuits or just getting away from it all. Will happily stay again! "
