"從入住的那一刻就很多困擾和問題屋主沒有提供入住資料以及我們在辦理的時候找不到窗口，後來經過守衛幫我們協助問屋主才得到入住的訊息入住之前的一個禮拜就一直寫信給屋主希望他提供資料寫了三四封信沒有回覆真的是個沒有負責任的屋主房間內的設施 Wi-Fi不能用水龍頭漏水沖洗設備也很糟糕，整體而言就是慘不忍睹"

"Agent Abas competent and accommodating, very helpful and responded quickly to requests. Housekeeping staff Mia and Kasum very diligent and cleaned well but not the second cleaner who was on her own. Good view. The unit was on the 29 th floor and at the end of a long corridor not very conducive for a 92 year old woman with a walker. Also, there were no accessibility features like a rail in the bathroom or toilet."
