The insides were a little old-school, but that is part of it's charm. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful, and the people at the restaurant were fantastic. It is so warm, the staff is i creditable, the massage therapist is the best, the front desk was so helpful, the dinning staff are better than the best restaurants in the U.S., house keeping os the best I have every seen, and Marco in the bar is my new best friend. I wish I could have stayed longer. They are the beat and I look forward to my next visit. Do yourself a favor and book this place for you next vacation."

"We were greeted at the reception by a friendly lady and even though we were early, we got to check in. There was a welcoming plate of cookies at the reception which proved to be a delight for my daughter. We got a family accommodation and it was two separate rooms with separate bathrooms. Pleasantly surprised by that. Very clean rooms. The walking distance to places was close enough - to the train station, to the river and to the city centre. "
