"First time staying here for the Malvern Show. I was given the top floor self catering flat and it was so comfortable. Just like a home from home. Even though it was self catering, I had bread, butter, milk, jam/marmalade/honey and orange juice in the fridge which was complimentary. Food in the pub in the evenings was lovely, tasty and hot. "We had a lovely stay at the Royal Oak. Hannah was extremely helpful and was quick to respond when i accidentally deleted the message with the keycode! The room was extremely comfortable and clean. "A good stay at an atmospheric late 16c traditional English Inn . Rooms comfortable with good modern en suite . Log fires in the bar and a carved wood panelled dining room. The beer ,the food (traditional pub fayre)and service was wonderful. The breakfast was great with ample choice of cooked and continental on offer. Helen the manageress was welcoming and most efficient . She managed the property very well indeed. We couldn’t hope for more and would definitely stay again ."
