"Very cozy and relaxing! The room itself very clean and felt like a little cabin, had everything we needed. Loved the full kitchen! We had a water view and it was just so beautiful and we spent some time right outside our room on the big deck just listening to the water and ducks/geese pass by. If we have to come back to the area again we will definitely be staying here!"

Pool was pretty crowded, as I believe there was a birthday party, but looked nice. My only wish is that they would have more firm pillows - they are pretty squishy! but the bed was very comfortable. "I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. After checking out, I realized I had left my jacket hanging in the room. I contacted the front desk and called four separate times. Each time, I was told the housekeeper was unavailable and that I should call back in 30 minutes. I followed those instructions, but was later informed that the housekeeper had already left and that the item was not found. I am absolutely certain that I left my jacket in the room,...

"We had a wonderful experience during our stay. From the concierge to wait staff and housekeeping, everyone was friendly and very attentive. Our room was pristine and refreshed/restocked daily. We stayed in a large balcony king overlooking the river. So relaxing having a cup of coffee in the morning and glass of wine at night listening to the river! We also attending a bridal shower in the conservatory and the set-up was beautiful. The staff helping with the event were great as well. "

"I was here as a part of business trip and stayed for a week. Good location, proximity to Walmart Supercenter and other stores. Suite room amenities were good and parking felt safe. The front desk was very helpful.The only downside I did find was the very limited breakfast options - Coffee, muffins and granola bar and the wifi not getting connected to my laptop (it did connect to my phone). All in all, I would stay here again and recommend this."
