"The swimming pool heater did not work so the pool was ice cold and I asked about the pool when I reserved the room and no one said it was out. The staff said it had been out for several weeks before we even planned. The room was not the cleanest, lots of stuff that needs to be fixed and now from the last time I stayed there you have to pay extra for your breakfast. Unacceptable."
