"La chambre était très propre à mon arrivée. En revanche je n'ai pas pu utiliser le coffre fort car malgré mes requêtes auprès de la réception on ne m'a jamais donné la clé... Il m'a été dit que le coffre fonctionnait avec un code, or il n'y avait qu'une serrure et pas de clavier... J'ai beau eu montrer ..."
