"Our sandal was taken away from our room after room service Tuesday morning. We reached out to hotel manager. No one showed up after concierge promised to do so. We filed a complaint on hotel virtual site. We got a pre formatted response no follow up.
Mart staff is unpleasant & have emotional issues to say least.
Hotel room & bathroom are not well maintained. Yellow discoloration inside toilet seat.
Electricity is off on inside part of room.
We just gave up on communicating with hotel...

"I had a wonderful stay here. There was a problem with the exterior shutter in my room. Maintenance staff were not able to solve it as a short term repair, and they immediately moved me to another room. The staff were wonderfully responsive and accommodated a subsequent move as well. Location was wonderful and could walk easily to Sacre Coeur. I would stay there again when visiting Paris."

"La habitación es amplia y el personal del hotel es amable. Si viajan más de 2 les recomiendo rentar 2 habitaciones, ya que el sofá cama no es muy cómodo. La limpieza no es la mejor, no pudimos utilizar la cafetera por qué tenía agua de mucho tiempo y ya olía mal, además en el cambio de toallas limpias me dejaron una que olía a humedad. Si tu propósito es descansar no es la mejor opción ya que la zona es ruidosa."
