"Terrible hotel to stay in during hot weather with no air conditioning in our room. No lift so had to walk up 2 flights of stairs with luggage and no offer of help, (I am in my 80's and my wife is in her late 70's). Room was clean but very cramped and bed sheet didn't fit properly.
