"Beautiful decorated, modern and efficient property. It’s in a perfect location and has great charm and conveniences . Only issue was we reserved a king size bed on the Expedia site and were told there was no king size beds in the hotel once we got there . Don’t know if this was an error on the the part of the’s web site or Expedia. Parking is also a bit challenging. We loved that the room is separated from the living space and the decor is well thought out and beautiful."

"The building was elegantly restored and beautiful. The room was the cleanest room I have ever stayed in, and the temperature control was excellent. The terrace had excellent food and drink. The staff were friendly and helpful, with suggestions, directions and maps. We had the best time, and would definitely stay there again."

"The staff were exceptionally helpful. They tried their best but the rooms were very old and oddly placed. We could hear things through the walls. Stay for the location and the wonderful staff but don’t spend much time in the rooms."

What truly stood out was the outstanding staff — always friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful with every request. Special thanks to the kind team member who quickly assisted my daughter after she accidentally dropped her necklace down the sink; their patience and professionalism turned a stressful moment into a positive one. Highly recommend!"

"Property is in an excellent location in the center of old Montreal. The room was quite nice and the bed was very comfortable."

"Liked: a) the amenities, although couldn’t find the silverware. b) location Didn’t like: a) the check-in, impersonal and almost creepy with the darkened entry and hallways. b) the parking information. Not clear in the registration and hard to dig out in the passport. c) the luggage drop-off and pick-up, not clear in the registration or passport."

"It’s easy walking distance to the Old City where there are lots of restaurants and shops. It’s also walking distance to the Central Train station. Parking is available on site but it’s expensive. Otherwise it’s new and so everything is in good repair and there were no problems. I would stay here again for sure."

"The Good: Location: You’re central to so many places, easy nice walk to great food, big events, etc. Transportation nearby and pretty easy to and from other parts of town with Uber. Lobby: Covered entrance, so no worries about rain. Valets, Concierge, and several front desk staff available. Carts for luggage, umbrellas for loan, mini mart store for snacks and drinks open 24/7.
