"Needs daily cleaning especially emptying the bins in the room. No lift so it was difficult to carry luggages to the third floor. Very limited time opening with reception. You need to be in Bossonet before 7:45 pm to catch the last village bus back to the hotel if you are in the village. They serve good food options at a very reasonable price."

"Nous devions séjourner le 7/8 après appel auprès de l hébergeur nous avons changer pour le 8/8. A notre arrivée la personne qui nous a accueillis (très aimable) ne semblait pas nous attendre. Le lit dans la chambre prévue n’était pas fait mais cela a été rapidement fait. Par contre le ménage n’était absolument pas fait et la salle de bains était plus que douteuse ( j’aurais du faire des photos des toilettes) c’était vraiment pas propre. "Stayed here in early January for 5 days of snowboarding. Absolutely perfect location being only 5 minutes walk from the lifts. Our rooms were spacious and warm, and were kitted out with appliances so should you wish to do your own cooking and save a fortune on eating out, you could do. The hotel also has a lively bar area with pool, table football and darts. Breakfast is extra but at 13 euros it's a good deal and is good fun making your own eggs and bacon on the hotplate ! Love this place !"
