"Lovely hotel, nice breakfast buffet, lovely staff, very spacious room, but pack a sleep mask because if your room is at the front of the hotel all the garden lights mean your room never gets dark. The light bleeds around the top of the curtains and into the room. Also the pillows are very very soft. We liked the hotel but struggled to sleep. "

"All in all a very good hotel with some amazing staff that make you feel very welcome. The pool area is pretty, all in good condition. Personal ick: Loads of smoking people greet you when you walk in. No way of entering without taking a dive in a cloud of smoke. Breakfast: leaves little to be desired. Very good, very good options. (very German) Maybe some more bread options but that's icing on the cake. Dinner: This is where we didn’t have the best time…the food is very mid, sometimes overcooked, sometimes bland. The choices are ok but no highlights. Also during our stay there were barely any labels so you wouldn’t know what was in front of you. And no included drinks for the dinner is also not great. Not even water. However the prices for drinks are fair! The room was ok, we were a bit unlucky and had a wall in front of our patio/balcony but not all rooms can have a great view so that’s fine. All in all if that’s where you want to be -right in the middle of Mallorca’s German party scene, this a very good option. I wouldn’t recommend going with the included dinner but taking it as part of the fee is often not much more expensive than just taking the included breakfast. "

"Staff was so rude, room was broken. I checked in late around 6-7PM, and my room was weird. First, the bathroom lights wouldn't turn on. I went down to the front desk to ask for service, asking them to send someone over in 5-10 minutes since I had to re-park my car. David, the guy who checked me in, said to make it quick since his staff has to go home lol. I did. Staff comes up to the room and opens up the ceiling of my room to gain access to some electro lines or whatever. All good. Then I realize that all the outlets (charging plugs) are not working. Frustrated that this room is broken, I go back down and request room change since this room is clearly broken. David, the guy who checked me in and was there the whole time for my service requests, not once apologized. No sorry for inconveneience, no nothing. He just said that he can't change the room since if he changes the room and "another tiny thing" is not working, I will come back down to complain. So rude and condescending. I'm not sure how it is characterized as tiny that the entire bathroom light is not working and that the whole outlets in the room is not working that I couldn't charge my phone. So rude that I will personally persuade everyone who considers this hotel to rethink and book somewhere else. The serviceman was very nice, though he did not speak any English, he was kind and apologetic about the inconvenience. He ended up switching the room for me (I'm assuming he realized the outlet was not a quick fix). "
