"Amazing customer service, very friendly and helpful, no language barrier as the receipion staff spoke English well. Went out of their way to lend me a phone charger plug. Place was the perfect location to Alicante University, clean and quiet, easy access on tram to city centre. Good selection of buffet breakfast and again friendly staff. Would stay again!"
"No smoking around pool area..a great plus..quier clean well run friendly hotel..Staff lovely...drinks good and reasonable.

"The hotel staff was very friendly, the facilities were good, and the price was good, but the restaurant was very neglected. Unclean, and a cockroach even crawled on our heads. While we were having a cocktail, the hotel restaurant is not recommended."
"This place can hardly be called a hotel, it’s more of a hostel with individual rooms but shared bathrooms. The room was quite dirty with dust and hair on the floor. The condition of the bathrooms was similar (see photos). "

"It was so nice to walk into the quiet and unfussy space of the hotel. Staff members were all very friendly, everything was immaculately clean. The only let down was the 'pool' which is a paddling pool not a swimming pool!"
